Pool Hygene: Please remember to take the pre-swim shower and wear proper swim attire before getting into the pool. Please have children go to the bathroom before entering the pool. By following the rules of the pool it minimizes the strange substances that form in the pool when transferred from the bodies of swimmers when combined with chlorine.
When these rules are not followed,
the pool may have to be shut down to keep it safe for swimming. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the rules.
Please use care with the buttons on the elevator. They are "touch" buttons. IF they are pushed in, let Brian know ASAP. They will work when pushed in if the light is still on. Just use care because of sharp edges.
Power outages are a great pain to all of us! Xcel rarely gives a reason why the power has failed. Board Members do not know why the power is out! IF you find yourself without power the Xcel Energy number is 1-800-895-1999. Follow the prompts and it will let you know when they are expecting the power to be back on.
The Laundry Room is an extension of all of our homes. After washing a load, please check the machine for anything like
rug remnants, cat hair, paper, etc. and take a paper towel to clean it out. Clean up any spilled soap in and out of the machines, paper off the floor and lint. There is a broom by
the boiler room for paper or lint on the floor.
We have many types of birds around our pond and building. However, birds can transmit over 60 types of diseases to humans. If you have a bird house or
feeder, please remove them - carefully! (Hummingbird feeders are acceptable.)
The Association does allow certain pets in our building. However, the Board must be notified and by- laws followed. Failure to do so may result in fines or removal of the animal. See Pg.16,
Sec. III, Par. D in the Rules. The forms are located on Pgs. 23-24 in Appendix B.
Garage stalls. Please keep your stall tidy - 4 tires, deck furniture, bicycles, and carts are allowed.

OIL LEAKS...if your car is leaking oil, it must be fixed immediately. Oil is messy and can be tracked on the carpet in our common areas and very expensive to clean. Use the oil dry provided in the cans in each garag, let it soak up and sweep it up.
No flammable liquids, or cardboard boxes by order of the Fire Marshall.
Light Works...in the Amenities.
In the Pool and the Exercise Room the lights are on timers. Turn the timer past the 15 minute mark - THEN, set your time. It will automatically turn off when the time is up. Do NOT force the timer off or turn the lights on or off manually.
In the Exercise Room rest rooms the lights have sensors and turn on automatically. These turn off automatically when you enter and will turn off after a set time when you leave. Do not turn these off or on or the sensor will not work. The sauna lights are manual. Please remember to turn them off when you leave.
