Reminder: All cars need a parking tag to identify that it is a Canabury Pond vehicle. OR if a guest is staying longer than 48 hours. Contact Brian if you need either of these items. (The guest parking tag is free.)
Courtesy Request: When you are planning a construction project that will cause a lot of noise for your neighbors, please let them know -via call or note on door. Just let them know when you will begin and
an anticipated end date.
Also, if you are planning on replacing your floor coverings, contact the Board of Directors to examine the subfloor. You know the squeaking and the dipping? If it is determined there is damage, it will be repaired at the expense of the Association.
Enjoy the patio and the grill. There is no fee for personal use. If you want to rent it, please contact Phil Dockendorff.
If you should lose your keyfob please let Brian know immediately.
IF someone moves, the keys should be returned to Brian. They will be deactivated. New owners/renters need to contact Brian to reserve a move-in date. The new key fob will not be activated until all the proper paperwork and fees are submitted to Keller Properties, Inc.
Our No Smoking rule applies to all common areas.
This includes the lobby, hallways, stairways, garages, pool, exercise room, party room, patio, laundry room, the
grounds around the building and the sidewalks.
Please do not toss your cigarettes on our grounds.
Just a reminder when you have guests using the pool (no matter their age), you must be with them at all times. And children under 18 are not allowed to use the machines in the Exercise Room even if accompanied by an adult.
The Board has determined that the Social Room is for gatherings and special events. Any exercising must be done in the Exercise Room.
Anything outside your door in the hallway (mats, footwear, decorations) can obstruct your exit (and others) in the event of an emergency. Please remove them. Thanks!
Please - do not let people follow you through the secured doors. We have had 'strangers' come in and then knock on doors asking where certain residents live. Just ask if they have a 'key' if they don't, tell them they cannot come in!
