About
Canabury Pond is an 84 Unit Condominium, located in Little Canada, Minnesota.
It is a friendly and quiet community on a quaint pond, allowing a taste of small town life in the midst of the big city.
You will find our lobby warm and inviting. The laundry room and mail room are off to the left.
Our Social Room is used for Community Gatherings. We have a Library with books, games and puzzles to borrow.
The Social Room can be rented by Residents for special events. It has a full kitchen for use with every rental.
We also have a laundry room with new washer and dryers, indoor parking garages, and a picnic area by the Pond.
Our swimming pool is heated. There is an 'illusion of being out-doors due to the many windows.
It is a relaxing way to shed the stress from your day.
We have a full variety of machines in our Exercise Room and a Sauna to relax in after your work out.
There is a sundeck on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
Cooking out on our gas grill on the patio off the Social Room, by the pond.
The patio has a great view of our pond. It is a great way to relax or gather with friends.
The patio can be rented with our Social Room.
